Mix flour, butter and icing sugar together.

Fold in egg.

Knead into a soft and smooth dough.

Then form into a roll and dice.

Press dices into cake moulds and set aside.

To make fillings, work boiled water into sugar, stir until sugar has dissolved.

Allow to cool.

Beat egg.

Stir together with evaporated milk in syrup.

Mix well and pour into cake moulds.

Preheat oven for 15 minutes.

Put in a tray filled with prepared cake moulds.

Bake for about 15 minutes.

Ready to serve.
