Method :

Place 2 roughly chopped ripe bananas,
and the sliced flesh of a large fresh mango in a blender.

Add 2 cups (500ml) chilled skim milk
and 2 cups (500ml) orange juice or pink grapefruit juice.

Blend until smooth, then pour into a
large jug and refrigerate until cold.
