Store Bought Christmas Pudding with Rum Cream Recipes

Ingredients :

1 Christmas pudding

Rum Cream

125g cream cheese

60g butter, softened

1/3 cup icing sugar

2 tbsp dark rum

1 1/4 cups thickened cream

Method :

Reheat pudding following instructions on the packet.

To make Rum Cream - Using electric beaters, beat softened cream cheese, butter and icing sugar until light and creamy. Add rum and cream, beat for 1 minute or until soft peaks form. Serve heated pudding with Rum Cream.

Note - Rum Cream can be made 2 days ahead. Bring it to room temperature before serving. Unsuitable to freeze.

Serves 4 - 6
