Add sifted flour and spices to mixture
and combine to form a stiff dough.
Roll out on a lightly floured board
until 1 cm thick.
Cut into desired shape with floured
cutters.
Arrange on prepared trays and bake for
12-15 minutes.
Cool on tray, decorate biscuits with
glace icing and sweets if desired.

perfect as Christmas treats. Use a tree-shaped biscuit cutter and
decorate with glace cherries. Use cinnamon if cardamom is unavailable.
