Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F/ Gas
4). Lightly brush the bread with olive oil
and sprinkle with the sea salt flakes. Cut each piece into six strips, then
each strip into four rectangles. Bake for 20 minutes, or until crisp
and lightly browned.
