Method :
- Pare the rind thinly from the
orange, taking care not to remove any white pith.
- Squeeze the juice.
- Place the rind and juice in a
saucepan with the cranberries, sugar and 150ml water.
- Bring to the boil, stirring, then
simmer for 15 minutes or until the berries burst.
- Remove the rind and cool the sauce
before serving.
