Ingredients :
4 rolls of Shanghai New Year pudding
19g dried longan
1 tbsp preserved osmanthus
38g rock sugar
4 cups water
Method :
Pour 4 cups of water into the pot and melt sugar in it.
Soak Shanghai New Year pudding until soft. Remove and transfer to the syrup. Add dried longan, cook for 5 minutes, and combine with preserved osmanthus. Dish up and serve immediately.
