Knead sesame paste into a roll.

Dice and set aside.

Sift flour.

Hollow in the centre, add in sugar and
8 oz water.

Knead well.

Fold in corn oil, baking powder and
the remaining water.

Knead into a soft and smooth dough.

Leave to ferment for 15 minutes.

Knead the dough for a while and form
into a roll.

Cut into cubes.

Press dough cubes into round sheets
with a rolling pin.

On top put sesame paste.

Work into bun shape and sticking bun
paper at the bottom.

Place sesame paste burn in the
steaming basket. Steam for 15 minutes over high heat.

Ready to serve.
