Method :

Soak lotus seeds for 1 hour.

Remove central stalks and drain.

Bring suitable amount of water to the
boil.

Put in lotus seeds and cook until
tender.

Remove and drain.

Heat wok and lower the heat.

Add sugar, honey, osmanthus sugar and
lotus seeds.
-
Keep on stirring until sugar dissolved
and sticking onto lotus seeds.

Ready to serve.
