Batter Ingredients:
1 cup

1/4 teaspoon
sweet potatoes
white sesame seeds
self-raising flour
water
oil (add separable)
salt
Skin and wash sweet potatoes. Cut into thick shreds. Mix batter ingredients to sauce consistency. Blend in white sesame seeds. Coat sweet potatoes with batter. Deep fry until slightly brown. Ready to serve.
