Ingredients :
113 g fresh ginseng
8 red dates
4 eggs
75g rock sugar
6 cups or suitable amount of water
Method :
Wash
ginseng and slice. Wash red dates and remove pits. Cook eggs over
low heat and remove shells.
Pour 6
cups or suitable amount of water into a pot. Add ginseng and red
dates. Cook for 30 minutes. Then add eggs. Turn to low heat and cook
for 30 minutes. Add rock sugar and cook until it dissolves. Serve.
