Clean bean curd sheet with a damp
cloth.

Cut into small pieces and set aside.

Soak adzuki beans for 2 hours, water
should be sufficient enough to cover the content.

Drain and place in a deep casserole.

Add water and steam for 1 hour over
high heat until adzuki beans are tender.

Put adzuki beans and sugar in wok.

Continue to fry over medium heat until
sugar has dissolved.

Cool and chill for 2 hours.

Remove and divide into small portions.

Spread out bean curd sheet and put on
adzuki beans.

Work into rectangular parcels.

Deep fry until golden brown.

Dish up and serve.
