Chrysanthemum and Xia Ku Cao Tea Recipes

Ingredients :

19g Jin Yin Hua

19g Xia Ku Cao

13g Chrysanthemum

3/4 piece brown sugar

Method :
  1. Wash Jin Yin Hua, chrysanthemum and Xia Ku Cao.
  2. Put Ji Yin Hua, chrysanthemum and Xia Ku Cao into a pot.
  3. Pour in 4 cups of water and bring to boil.
  4. Reduce to low heat and cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Season with brown sugar and serve.

This drink remove Heat and Toxin.
