To Prepare Egg Tarts Filling
:
Add sugar to boiling water, and stir
until sugar dissolves. Beat eggs.
Add sugar water a little at a time to
egg mixture. Add evaporated milk and stir until
well-blended. Lastly, strain mixture and set aside.
To Prepare Egg Tarts Pastry :
Sift flour in a mixing bowl. Add margarine, milk powder, icing
sugar and egg. Stir until well-combined and knead
into soft dough.
Place dough into tart moulds, then add
filling. Bake for 25 minutes until lightly
golden.
