Spread out 2 sheets of pastry on a
kitchen work top. Brush lightly with milk. Place another 2 layers of pastry on
top. Again brush with milk. Repeat for remaining 2 sheets of
pastry. Sprinkle remaining ingredients over the
pastry.
Prepare a baking sheet with non-stick
baking spray. Carefully roll up the pastry. Place on a baking sheet, loose edge
down. Brush strudel with milk. Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30
minutes. Serve warm, cut in thick slices.
