Method :
- Cut squares of foil into several
pieces of 3 sizes: 10cm, 7cm, and 5cm square.
- Melt chocolate over hot water until
just melted.
- Remove from heat and cool slightly.
- Hold a foil square in the palm of one
hand.
- With a palette knife, spoon or
paintbrush, thinly spread melted chocolate onto foil.
- While chocolate is still soft, lift
your fingers under the foil to slightly bend petal into natural shape.
- Stand until set.
- Repeat with remaining chocolate.
- Carefully peel foil away from
chocolate.
