To make fillings, mix together water,
sugar and beaten egg.

Bring to the boil.

Dissolve corn flour in evaporated milk
and add to boiled egg liquid.

Cook to thickening consistency.

Allow to cool.

Pour out flour and hollow in the
centre.

Add in egg, butter, sugar and
evaporated milk.

Knead until sugar has dissolved.

Knead mixture into a resilience and
smooth dough.

Cover with clear cling film and leave
to ferment for 1 hour.

Knead the dough into a roll and dice.

Press and stuff with 1 tablespoon
fillings.

Work into bun shape and sticking bun
paper to the bottom.

Steam for 40 minutes over high heat.

Ready to serve.
