Place
the garbanzo bean flour in a large mixing bowl and using a wooden
spoon or a balloon whisk, gradually stir in enough water to form a
thick pouring batter with no lumps.
Beat
in the oil and a generous dash of salt.
When
the batter is smooth, pour into a nonstick roasting pan or ovenproof
dish, filling to a depth of less than 1/4 inch or 5 mm.
Bake
in a preheated oven at 400oF (200oC), Gas 6
for 10 minutes.
A thin
curst should from on the surface.
Transfer the cooked - Garbanzo Bean Flat Bread to a heated serving
dish, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and serve at once.
